Junyan Biotechnology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. adheres to strict quality management standards and has successfully obtained the ISO13485 international quality management system certification, establishing a comprehensive and rigorous quality management system. Scope of the System
It covers the entire process, including product R&D, production, quality control, sales, and after-sales support. The company has established a professional and experienced quality management team, which conducts strict monitoring and in-depth analysis of each link to ensure the consistency and reliability of product quality.
Quality Objectives and Continuous Improvement
The company’s quality policy is "Accuracy, Sensitivity, Stability, and Effectiveness", based on which clear and quantifiable quality objectives are set: customer satisfaction rate ≥ 99%, process inspection pass rate ≥ 98%, finished product inspection pass rate ≥ 99%, and annual product return rate ≤ 1%. These objectives are decomposed layer by layer to various departments and positions to ensure full staff participation and clear responsibility allocation, thus effectively guaranteeing the achievement of objectives. Through the implementation of the quality policy, tracking of quality objectives, analysis of audit results, in-depth data mining and analysis, timely and effective corrective and preventive measures, as well as regular internal audits and management reviews, potential needs in the operation of the quality system are accurately identified, necessary improvement measures are actively promoted, and the quality management system is continuously optimized.
