The N0231B-32 Automatic Nucleic Acid Purification Instrument is a device for nucleic acid extraction and purification based on the magnetic bead method. It can be used for automatic extraction and purification of DNA, RNA and proteins. Through the adsorption, transfer and release of magnetic beads by the magnetic rod and magnetic rod sleeve, it realizes the transfer of magnetic beads/samples and completes automatic extraction and purification operations. The operation is automatic, fast and simple. Using a special kit or 96-well plate, it can handle 1-32 samples simultaneously. Equipped with different types of magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction reagents, it can achieve rapid extraction of samples such as animal and plant tissues, blood and other body fluid samples. It is mainly used for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids in human samples.
