Product Introduction
Junyan Bioscitech's "Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Magnetic Bead) (Pre-Packaged)" adopts the principle of magnetic bead-based DNA extraction. It is used for the pretreatment of biological product samples to accurately extract residual host cell DNA from various biological products. As a trace DNA recovery kit, it can recover trace DNA from different complex matrices.
This kit can realize automatic sample processing when used with the N0231A-32 automatic nucleic acid purification instrument. The corresponding processing program has been pre-installed in the instrument, and the pretreatment can be completed with just one-click.
The kit can be used in conjunction with Junyan Biology's host cell (CHO, E.coli, Vero, HEK293, Human, Hela, plasmid, SV40LTA & EIA, etc.) DNA (qPCR) detection kits.
