BSA ELISA Kit(S0111A-96)
Product Introduction
Biological products such as antibody drugs, vaccines, and CGT (cell and gene therapy) drugs often use bovine serum during production, with bovine serum albumin (BSA) being one of its primary components. Additionally, BSA is frequently used as a stabilizer in storage and reaction solutions for restriction enzymes or modification enzymes. As an exogenous protein, BSA may trigger immune responses or affect drug efficacy if it enters the human body with the drug product. Therefore, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Third Volume) stipulates that most biological products must be tested for BSA residue, with the limit set at no higher than 50 ng/mL (per dose).
Junyan Biotech’s independently developed BSA Quantitative Detection Kit uses a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to quantitatively detect BSA residues in various biological products.

Data Results
The standard curve is fitted by 4-PL (four-parameter logistic model). The detection range of S0111A-96 is 1.56–50 ng/mL, and that of S0111B-96 is 0.5–32 ng/mL. The correlation coefficient (R²) of both reaches 0.99.
