HIV-1 p24 ELISA Kit
Product Introduction
HIV-1 p24 is a 230-amino acid phosphorylated capsid protein forming the conical core of the HIV virus, enveloping the HIV genomic complex. In gene therapy, lentiviral vectors constitute a viral vector system engineered from the HIV-1 virus, enabling efficient delivery of target genes into relevant cells. Measurement of the p24 antigen serves as the standard method for assessing lentiviral transduction efficiency. Within the manufacturing process, the p24 protein content represents the number of lentiviral particles, and immunoassays remain the industry's preferred method for detecting the physical titre of lentivirus (p24 protein).
Junyan Bioscitech's independently developed HIV-1 P24 Detection Kit employs a sandwich ELISA method to measure HIV-1 p24 protein, thereby enabling rapid detection of lentiviral titre.
