Product Introduction
The lentivirus titer rapid detection card (HIV-1 p24) produced by our company is an HIV-1 P24 protein semi-quantitative detection card based on colloidal gold immunochromatography technology. It can determine the viral titer by rapidly detecting the P24 protein on the surface of lentiviruses and pseudoviruses. It is suitable for detecting the titer of lentiviruses in serum, culture supernatant, samples, etc., helping users achieve efficient quality control detection of lentivirus titer. Pseudoviruses based on HIV-1 also contain P24 protein. This detection card can also be used to quickly evaluate the packaging effect after transfection.
Performance Evaluation
The detection range of this type of detection card is approximately 10-500 ng/mL (this detection data is for reference only);
The depth of the detection line color is positively correlated with the P24 concentration. By comparing with the color chart, the concentration of P24 protein in the specimen to be tested can be semi-quantified, and the titer of lentivirus can be roughly estimated.
