Product Introduction
Rabies vaccine is an inactivated rabies virus used to prevent rabies. Rabies virus belongs to the Rhabdoviridae family and Lyssavirus genus, also known as genotype 1 rabies virus. Currently, all PV, PM, CVS, Flury chicken embryo attenuated strains, aGV, and CTN-1V strains used in the production of human and veterinary vaccines on the market are derived from this type of virus. Rabies virus is a non-segmented single-stranded negative-sense RNA, which encodes 5 structural proteins from the 3' to 5' end, namely N, P, M, G, and L. Among them, the G protein is the only protein exposed on the surface of the rabies virus, the only glycosylated protein, and also the only protein that induces the body to produce neutralizing antibodies.
