Product Introduction


Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells are one of the most successful cell lines for expressing heterologous proteins and are widely used in bioengineering. As foreign proteins in the human body, CHO cell-derived host cell proteins (HCPs) may induce immune responses when their levels reach 100 ppm in vivo. Therefore, controlling HCP residues is critical during biological product manufacturing. Detection of CHO cell HCP residues is one of the important indicators for evaluating bioprocess quality.
Junyan Biotech’s independently developed CHO HCP Residual Detection Kit (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) is a highly sensitive, universal assay for detecting CHO HCP residues in biological products at various process stages. The kit enables sensitive, specific, and accurate quantification of CHO cell host protein residuals.
