CHO HCP Residual Detection Kit

Product Introduction

Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells are one of the most successful cell lines for expressing heterologous proteins and are widely used in bioengineering. As exogenous proteins in the human body, CHO cell-derived host cell proteins (HCPs) may induce immune responses when their levels reach 100 ppm in vivo. Therefore, controlling HCP residues is critical during biological product manufacturing. Detection of CHO cell HCP residues is one of the important indicators for evaluating bioprocess quality.
Junyan Bioscitech’s independently developed CHO HCP Residual Detection Kit (ELISA) is a highly sensitive, universal assay for detecting CHO HCP residues in biological products at various process stages. The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich ELISA for the detection of residual host cell proteins in biological products such as antibody drugs and recombinant proteins derived from CHO-K1 and CHO-S cell lines.
