Product Introduction
When E. coli cloned strains are used for plasmid preparation, a small amount of E. coli cloned strains alkaline lysis HCP residues may remain in semi-finished or finished biopharmaceutical products. These residues may have immunogenicity, biological activity, or enzymatic activity, which can affect the activity of biopharmaceuticals. Therefore, it is necessary to detect and control the residual amount of E. coli cloned strains alkaline lysis HCP during the production process of biopharmaceuticals. Detection of such residues is thus one of the important indicators for evaluating the production process of biopharmaceutical products.
Independently developed by Junyan Biology, the E.coli HCP ELISA Kit 2.0 is designed for the detection of host cell protein (HCP) residues from E. coli cloned strains (such as DH5α, Stbl3, etc.). The kit can sensitively, specifically, and accurately detect HCP residues of E. coli cloned strains in intermediates and bulk samples of plasmids extracted by alkaline lysis method.
