CAR/TCR Gene Copy Number (qPCR) Detection Kit
Product Introduction
Independently developed by Junyan Bioscitech, the CAR/TCR Gene Copy Number (qPCR) Detection Kit features strong specificity and high sensitivity. It adopts the multiplex fluorescent probe qPCR method, enabling rapid and specific quantitative detection of the copy numbers of CAR or TCR genes in the genome of CAR-T or TCR-T cells, as well as the single-copy gene (SCG) in human cells. Through calculation, the average copy number of the target gene per cell in the sample can be obtained.
This kit can be used in conjunction with Junyan Bioscitech's "Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Magnetic Bead)" and automatic nucleic acid purification instrument.
Formula: Plasmid copy number (copies/μL) = 6.02×10¹⁴ × plasmid concentration (ng/μL) / (number of plasmid base pairs × 660)
