SV40 Large T Antigen Residue Detection Kit
Product Introduction
SV40 was first obtained from the cell culture of African green monkey kidney tissue in the early 1960s. It is a DNA virus that can malignantly transform various types of normal human and animal cells in vitro, induce the formation of various tumors in transgenic mice, and is also associated with the occurrence of many human tumors. It can induce cell transformation and immortalization, and has been widely used in basic research and the construction of genetic engineering vectors.
Independently developed by Junyan Bioscitech, the SV40 Large T Antigen Residue Detection Kit can accurately, specifically and conveniently detect the residual SV40 large T antigen from host cells in biological products, semi-finished products, intermediates, as well as bulk solutions and final products.
Product Advantages
Note: The reference standard should be stored below -70°C, while all other components should be kept at 2–8°C. The shelf life is 12 months. Any unused portion of the kit after opening must be stored under the specified conditions.
