Bacterial &Fungal DNA Extraction and Purification Kit (Magnetic Bead)
Junyan Bio's "Bacterial & Fungal DNA (Magnetic Bead Method) Extraction and Purification Kit" is used to extract and purify trace amounts of bacterial & fungal DNA from biological samples. This kit is suitable for extracting bacteria & fungi from cell-based products, vaccines, gene therapy products, and other biological products. It is also applicable to biological products with complex matrices such as high-concentration cells (no more than 10⁶ cells) and 5% human serum albumin. It can be used in conjunction with Junyan's Bacterial DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit and Fungal DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit, with a limit of detection not exceeding 50-100 CFU/reaction.
For samples with a volume less than 400 μL, this kit can be used directly for extraction. For samples requiring an increased sampling volume to improve detection sensitivity, it is recommended to first concentrate the sample to a final volume of 100-400 μL by centrifugation, and then use this kit for extraction and purification of bacterial & fungal DNA.
