Product Introduction

As one of the most commonly used tool cells, CHO cells are widely applied in the biopharmaceutical industry. However, residual host cell DNA entering the human body through biological products poses uncontrollable risk factors. Therefore, regulatory authorities such as WHO, FDA, and China's NMPA have strict limits on the residual amount of host cell DNA to ensure nucleic acid residues remain within safe and controllable ranges.
Junyan Biotech’s independently developed CHO residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit features strong specificity and high sensitivity. It uses the qPCR method to quantitatively detect CHO cell DNA residues in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products of biological preparations.
