Product Introduction

As one of the most commonly used cells, CHO cells are widely applied in the biopharmaceutical industry. However, residual host cell DNA entering the human body through biological products poses uncontrollable risk factors. Therefore, regulatory authorities such as WHO, FDA, and China's NMPA have strict limits on the residual amount of host cell DNA to ensure nucleic acid residues remain within safe and controllable ranges.
Junyan Bioscitech’s independently developed CHO residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit features strong specificity and high sensitivity. qPCR method is used to quantitatively detect CHO cell DNA residues in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and final products of biological products.
