Product Introduction

With the development of biotechnology, various viral vectors are used in the research, development, and production of gene and cell therapy products. For specific transforming sequences with known potential safety risks in these products, such as the E1A sequence and SV40 large T antigen sequence carried by HEK293T cells, residual control should be carried out separately to reduce uncontrollable risk factors.


The E1A&SV40LTA Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit independently developed by Junyan Bioscitech uses the multiplex fluorescent quantitative PCR method to quantitatively detect the DNA residues of E1A and SV40LTA in semi - finished products, intermediate products and final products. This kit is used in conjunction with Junyan Bioscitech's "Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Magnetic Bead)" to accurately quantify trace amounts of residual E1A and SV40LTA DNA in samples.
