PG13 Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit
Product Introduction
The PG13 cell line is derived from mouse embryonic fibroblasts (N1H3T3) modified by integrating the Moloney murine leukemia virus (MLV) expression vector and the gibbon ape leukemia virus (GALV) envelope protein gene. As a packaging cell line, PG13 is primarily used in the development of cell products (such as CAR-T/TCR-T cells). It is typically employed to package retroviruses, produce retroviral vectors, and infect patient T lymphocytes to generate cell preparations for gene and cell therapy.
This kit, equipped with PG13 DNA quantitative reference materials, enables rapid and accurate quantification of PG13 residual DNA in intermediate, semi-finished, and finished biological products. The detection range of the kit is 300 pg/μL to 0.003 pg/μL. It can be used in conjunction with Junyan Biotech’s host cell residual DNA sample pretreatment kit and fully automated nucleic acid extractors.
