Human cell residual DNA may exist as an impurity in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products. Due to the stability of DNA, it is prone to residual accumulation during the production process. When these biological products are applied to human disease treatment, they may introduce uncontrollable risk factors. Therefore, the detection of nucleic acid residues is a mandatory item in all quality control standards, and must comply with the regulatory guidelines of WHO, FDA, and China's NMPA to ensure that nucleic acid residues are within a safe and controllable range.
