Hela cells are widely used in protein expression and rAAV production, and their residual DNA may exist as impurities in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products. Due to the stability of DNA, residues are prone to accumulate during production. When these biological products are applied to human disease treatment, they may pose uncontrollable risk factors.
