Product Introduction


Hela cells are widely used in protein expression and rAAV production, and their residual DNA may exist as impurities in semi-finished products, intermediate products and final products. Due to the stability of DNA, residues are prone to accumulate during production. When these biological products are applied to human disease treatment, they may pose uncontrollable risk factors. Therefore, the detection of nucleic acid residues is a mandatory inspection item in all quality control standards, requiring compliance with regulatory guidelines of WHO, FDA, and China's NMPA to ensure residues are within safe and controllable limits.


The Hela cell residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit independently developed by Junyan Bioscitech features high specificity, enabling rapid and specific detection of Hela cell DNA residues in semi-finished products, intermediate products and final products.
