Vero Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit
Product Introduction
Vero cells are a vaccine production cell line recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and have been used as a production matrix for human vaccines. Biological products, especially vaccines, are prone to residual Vero host DNA during production. Given that residual host DNA has potential hazards such as transferring exogenous DNA, residual host cell DNA serves as an important indicator for the safety evaluation of biological products, and drug regulatory authorities worldwide have strict limit controls on its residual amount.
The Vero Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit independently developed by Junyan Biology can quickly and specifically detect the residual DNA content in finished products, semi-finished products, and intermediate products of biological products.
Detection range: Wide applicability and high sensitivity
Accuracy and reliability: Relative deviation < 5% (both lower than -5% and higher than 5% are excluded); repeatability CV value < 20% for low concentrations; repeatability CV value < 15% for medium and high concentrations
Rapid and convenient: qPCR results can be obtained within one hour
Standard curve linear range:3 fg/μL ~ 300 pg/μL
