Product Introduction
The FDA has reminded that when using HEK293T cells for viral vector production, in addition to detecting the SV40 LTA antigen sequence, residual adenovirus E1A sequences must also be tested. The Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Research and Evaluation of In - Vivo Gene Therapy Products issued by CDE in May 2022 also states that if HEK293T cells are used for viral vector production, detection of SV40 large T antigen DNA residues and E1A gene DNA residues is required.
The E1A residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit independently developed by Junyan Biotech is a special kit for quantitatively detecting E1A residual DNA from host cells such as HEK293 and 293T cells in biological products. It has the characteristics of strong specificity and high sensitivity, and can quickly and specifically detect E1A DNA residues in semi - finished products, intermediate products, and finished products.
This kit is used in conjunction with Junyan Biotech's host cell residual DNA sample pretreatment kit to accurately quantify trace amounts of residual E1A DNA in samples.
